On April 24th, the Hermes Foundation and TRIVU organized their first Talent Hack, a space designed to question, debate, and collaboratively build the future of talent management and digital rights, with the participation of talent management and new technologies experts.
During this interactive session, leaders from various sectors came together during an interactive session to address three key dilemmas that will shape the future of work in the coming years:
- Impact of AI on organizations
- AI and workplace well-being: prevention or surveillance?
- Employee digital footprint
The discussion, led by Luisa Alli, General Director of the Hermes Foundation, and Pablo González, CEO and founder of TRIVU, focused on generating real and critical conversations covering various uses of AI in talent management; from filtering résumés and evaluating microexpressions in interviews, to monitoring workplace well-being, navigating through three different scenarios.
In her opening remarks, the General Director told participants, “Your role and that of your companies is crucial in creating the country we want,” encouraging them to reflect on the dilemmas that must resolved and how they can better contribute to organizational decision-making.
In today’s environment, where AI is increasingly used as a decisive tool in many settings, organizational and business leaders must face the human challenge posed by these new technologies. The challenge lies in how to maximize the use of AI without dehumanizing labor relationships.
According to a 2024 Avature survey, 60% of companies already use this technology, with some even implementing it internally to measure employee burnout – one of the most debated topics of the day. However, participants agreed that technology cannot replace culture, active listening, empathy, or trust.
For TRIVU and the Hermes Foundation, this event marks the beginning of a broader conversation about how to humanize organizations to improve society. Technology is advancing rapidly, but the key will lie in how individuals and organizations integrate it with responsibility, ethics, and long-term vision.
