José Moisés Martín Carretero

Madrid. Economist. General Director of the Center for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI). He was director of Red2Red Consultores, as well as head of the Multilateral Cooperation Department and head of the Fund for the Promotion of Development of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. He has been a consultant in programs of the Inter-American Development Bank, the OECD and the European Commission, among other institutions.
