Madrid. Secretary. He is a member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation. He was president of the General Council of Notaries where he was also director of the Revista Jurídica del Notariado. He is a member of the International Union of Notaries, patron of the Fundación Matritense del Notariado and vice-dean of the Colegio Notarial de Madrid.
