Alberto Martínez Lacambra

General Manager of the Centro Tecnológico del Notariado (Ancert). Former General Manager of Red.es and General Manager of AGBAR in Catalonia and CEO of Aguas de Barcelona. He was also CEO of Aquagest Services Company. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a degree in Law from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC).
